Basic responsibilities for this position include the following: handling a phone system with a multi number of lines and extensions, greeting customers and guests, and any other duties as assigned. Requirements: The ideal candidates will be possess a pleasant and professional demeanor, as well as have a minimum of one year previous reception/PBX experience in a corporate setting. The desire to work with people and excellent customer service skills are key to these positions. You will also need to have the ability to multi-task effectively while handling heavy phones. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred Must be able to pass a 7 year felony and misdemeanor background check.
