Controller to $110K
San Diego based professional services firm is looking for a Controller to oversee their accounting department. In this role, you will supervise a staff of four. The ideal Candidate will have at least 5+ years in a Controller's role, the ability to delegate, mentor and a train a staff. You will be responsible for month-end close, preparation of financial statements, as well as Budgeting & Forecasting. Other requirements include; Bachelor's Degree, excellent written & verbal communication and strong software skills.
