Summary:  Mission statement for this position

Efficiently meet demand for assistance with order forms and contractsKey Areas of Responsibility:Processes customer orders and changes on orders.  Verifies accuracy of orders and order changes and resolves order problems with sales management, sales representatives or customer service.Assists with pre-sales negotiations of favorable terms, pricing, and reviews conditions of contracts for appropriateness and compliance with company policies, and relevant accounting principlesWorks under general supervision of Manager of Contracts DepartmentKnowledge Base:

Bachelor’s degree.  Requires one to two years previous order processing and/or contract negotiation experience.  Skill Set:

Detail oriented individual with working knowledge of company’s products and software pricing practices and licensing model.  Ability to work well under pressure.  General Training Path:
