Contract Recruiting Sourcing Analyst - Senior Associate (Houston)

Location:US-TX-Houston Job Number:HOU0001K Employee Status : Contractual Job Type :Experienced Schedule : Full-time Description The Contract Recruiting Sourcing Analyst is responsible for building a pro-active pipeline of qualified candidates for the Experienced Hire Recruiting Team. This will be a contract of 6+ months. Sourcing Analysts work closely with the Experienced Hire Recruiters to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meet diversity, gender, alumni, and overall recruiting goals. Responsibilities:Receive and carry out directions and priorities from the Experienced Hire Recruiting Leaders or Recruiters.Execute the firm's sourcing strategy priorities to provide high-quality experienced candidates at the senior manager level and below, particular attention focused on diversity, gender and alumni initiatives.Maintain current knowledge of internal and external sourcing options through benchmarking. Mine databases for qualified candidates.Liaise with recruiters and other sourcing team members to develop and implement creative sourcing strategies.Conduct initial screening interviews with experienced candidates and prepare written assessments.Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate workflows. Relevant exposure to TALEO is considered a plus.Maintain a constant and steady focus on the marketplace and report market intelligence.Obtain a high level of client satisfaction, informational and formally.Knowledge of the firm structure, business strategies, and people of the firm grows beyond the basics.Decision making is limited to fairly routine functional activities and projects. Incumbent has an intermediate understanding and application of principles and practices of a specific professional discipline. Duties are generally varied in scope and moderately complex.Knowledge of the firm and its practice grows beyond the basics.A Human Resource (HR) Senior Associate typically has acquired knowledge through experience in HR or a related field. He/she administers HR programs and policies and can draw on experience and knowledge to interpret and advise on situations that deviate somewhat from the norm.A seasoned professional whose knowledge has been expanded through exposure to diverse HR situations and who deal with issues that can deviate substantially from the norm. Some positions at this rank may supervise lower level professional or clerical staff.Receives general supervision and is competent to work independently within area of expertise. Review of work generally occurs at longer intervals Knowledge and Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service, problem-solving, teaming, and knowledge-sharing skills Ability to show a proven track record of developing creative, innovative strategies and campaigns. A commitment to the quality/value of results, open communication and privacy/confidentiality issues Knowledge of recruiting /placement laws and practices Demonstrated strong technology aptitude (e.g., with applicant tracking system(s), the Internet, search engines, interview scheduling systems, etc.) Experience within a fast-paced professional services or financial services environment is highly desired AIRS Certified CID, CDR, or ACIR considered a plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2-4 years of recruiting and/or sourcing-related experience
