Consumer Sales Representative PURPOSE OF POSITION Ensure a consistently positive consumer experience through effective communication and call-handling skills. Support the Consumer department for a major Computer company.    PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS Â· Identifying and selling appropriate products and services to meet the full range of the company needs · Providing superior customer experience according to operating standards · Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned goals· Working effectively in a team environment · Enter daily data into Integrated desktop system · Maintain professionalism by satisfying customers issues · Participates in additional training courses when needed· Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS Â· 1-2 years of Sales related experience · 6 months Customer service experience - preferred· Must be 18 years old· Type 25 wpm· High School Graduate or GED· Effective communication and comprehension skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Basic computer knowledge of computer parts and usage · Intermediate skills in usage of MS Office and other products familiarity with Windows XP, Internet Explorer, Word, Microsoft Excel and email · Ability to understand various computer products and their unique differences – preferred · Provide a positive, professional, empathetic and customer-focused manner· Good organization and work prioritization skills· Must be able to pass a background check
