Relocation: NoPerformance Profile:This position will provide compensation consulting services to the Corporation by leading the Annual and Interim merit program. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for key compensation functions including: market analysis; survey participation, assist with design and development of base compensation plans and programs, compensation education/training and other consulting services. Acts as the liaison between Field and Corporate HR to address the specific needs of various business unit needs as it relates to the Rewards process. Consult with IT resources in order to improve the Rewards tool as a result of various feedback from HR. Responsible for the completion and analysis of global compensation surveys to aid in the development of salary ranges.1. Supports the design, development, implementation and administration of base compensation plans throughout the company.2. Collaborates with all areas of Human Resources to identify, analyze and develop a total rewards approach to attract, retain and motivate employees.3. Works to develop an expertise in base compensation; keeps informed of developments and trends and incorporates appropriate changes to base compensation programs.4. Leads the Annual and Interim Rewards process to include informational training sessions. 5. Moderates weekly calls to provide updates to HR regarding roles and responsibilities during the Rewards process6. Works closely with IT to troubleshoot and enhance user experience within the Rewards tool7. Participate in compensation surveys including; position matching/validation and analysis of results. 8. Participate in the design, develop and implementation of compensation plans which are aligned with company philosophies and strategies.9. Serves as communication specialist for team by monitoring global calendar and working closely with HR communications team to all compensation messages are accurate and provided in a timely manner.10. Complete annual review of market competitiveness and update compensation plans accordingly.11. Participate in efforts to revise and streamline many of the base compensation processes.Basic Qualifications:· College degree or equivalent work experience.· At least 3 years experience in Compensation or related HR field, i.e. Benefits or Generalist.· At least 3 years experience creating Pivot tables, Formulas and utilizing V look up function in MS Excel. · At least 3 years experience creating presentations, Executive slide decks and dashboards in MS PowerPoint · At least 1 year experience managing processes and or projects. Preferred Qualifications:· Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or significant work toward designation preferred.· Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills are necessary to effectively convey goals and initiatives to staff and management.· Detailed understanding of organizational compensation plans as well as the effect company culture has on plan administration.· Must maintain analytic creativity and problem solving skills, using a wide range of information and perspective to identify current conditions and needs. · Ability to inform, educate and influence employees to support corporate goals and objectives.· Global experience a plus.BearingPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability or any other basis covered by law.
