Job Status: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Job Category: Legal Contact Information Company: CORESTAFF Services Email: Apply by Email Reference Code: 080908d Job Description Compliance Analyst Compliance Analyst Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Location: Folsom, CAType of job: Temporary (1 Year Contract)JOB PURPOSEUnder the supervision of the Manager, Mandatory Standards Compliance, compiles, organizes and produces data and information in response to requests from electricity industry agencies and organizations.  Tracks compliance deadlines and prepares calendar for department.  Compiles data and prepares recurring reliability standards compliance reports.  Assists with other departmental matters as assigned.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES   Compiles, organizes and produces materials in response to various data requests and subpoenas  Provides organizational and administrative support  for Mandatory Standards Compliance department  Prepares and maintains Compliance Calendar for the department  Compiles data and prepares recurring reliability standards compliance reports for various agencies and organizations  Adheres to and supports the Core Values of the company  Performs related duties and activities as appropriate and needed  Develops effective relations with other areas in order to accomplish tasks  Analyzes information and proactively makes recommendations to management  Manages incoming requests for information ensuring a timely and accurate response  Proactively ensures department deadlines are met, including but not limited to mitigation plans, data requests, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, and commentsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLSLevel of Education  An Associate's degree (two-year program) or equivalent formal training program. Discipline  Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Paralegal, Compliance Analyst, Regulatory Analyst or related field. Amount of Experience  Three or more years related experience. Type of ExperienceDocument production experience required; law firm, public agency or in-house litigation, corporate or regulatory experience   helpful; knowledge of administrative agency rules and regulations helpful; knowledge of electrical energy industry helpful. Other  Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Must be able to accurately and efficiently review and/or produce   large volumes of documents in electronic format.  Must be detail oriented and work efficiently and effectively with deadlines. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook. PowerPoint and Excel.
