Commercial Real Estate Appraiser and Business Valuation Appraiser
Shenehon Company is a commercial real estate and business valuation firm serving both the public and private sectors. Our reputation for providing quality valuations began in 1929. Quality valuations, exceptional service, and a long-standing dedication to integrity have been the cornerstones upon which we have built our firm.
We currently have three openings:
Commercial Real Estate Appraiser (2)
A real property appraiser license is required along with a four-year degree in real estate, business, finance, or accounting.
Business Valuation Appraiser
This position prepares valuations of business enterprises and intangible property rights. A four-year degree in business, finance, or accounting is required with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Both postions require two-years relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is research oriented and has excellent writing, critical thinking, math, and communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
