Commercial Appraisal Assistant
Job Description:
Growing department in a regional firm is searching for an assistant with proof reading skills who has strong abilities in both Microsoft Excel and Word and at minimum a basic understanding of desktop publishing to work in our processing center in Cedar Rapids, IA. Candidates should have excellent organizational skills and be able to work on multiple assignments at the same time.
The position will start at 20-30 hours per week and $11 to $12 per hour depending on skills. The right candidate should be able to expand to full time over a period of time with the salary increasing as hours and responsibilities increase.
