Position Title: Collection Representative

Requirements:

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Good verbal and communication skills

·         Goal oriented and self motivated

·         Some night and weekend hours

 

Duties:

·         Creating appropriate amount of contacts with our client’s customers

·         Recovery of debt with company guidelines

·         Skip tracing

·         Shortening the collection cycle

·         Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals

 

Compensation: Base salary plus bonus and commission.
