We currently have outstanding opportunities available for Collection Managers/Supervisors within our Jacksonville, FL location.

 

Responsibilities:

 Providing thorough and accurate updates on files for each call made/collect on files if necessaryDemonstrating effective team building skillsProviding feedback to management concerning possible areas of improvementMaking recommendations to implement processes for improvement in departmentBuilding on previously acquired businessComplying with all specified FDCPA, State and City Laws/provisions

 Requirements:

 Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalentBachelors degree in Business or related field preferredPrevious collections management experience (a combination of First and Third Party collections experience preferred)Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skillsMust be able to multi-task, have the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlinesBasic to intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent organizational skillsMust be goal-oriented, driven for success and highly motivated
