Education

·  BA or above

· PHR nice to have, but not a requirement

Background

· HR Generalist, Benefits Mgr, HRIS, H&W benefits brokerage

· Background in customer service is helpful - tactful communication, managing expectations, etc.

 

Skills

· Project management skills – deadline driven environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must

· Detail oriented

· Ability to learn the technology – use of PeopleSoft, SAP or other HRIS would be a good indicator of ability to learn PDA and ASI applications. 

· Desire to work in a team environment, but ability to work independently and manage projects essential

· Ability to work with diverse teams.  RDT, PM’s, Production staff
