Job responsibilities include:



· Provide and ensure efficient and accurate processing of all orders coming through the portal

·Provide world class customer service at all times to customers while processing their orders

·Ensure that no order remains in the portal longer than 3 minutes

·Ensure that orders are pulled in the correct order based on available reps list

·Answer any incoming phone calls within 10 seconds and assist with that call as efficiently as possible

·Maintain a professional working environment within the office

·Maintain up to date knowledge of all new and current processes and promotions

·Assist team members to ensure quality service on all orders and phone calls



Skills/Requirements:



·  Understanding of telecom, high speed internet and satellite TV products  

·  Must be able to type 30 WPM

·  Ability to meet deadlines

·  Strong work ethics are required

·  Assist with other duties as assigned
