To qualify for this position one must possess good listening skills, be articulate and have a strong sales background perhaps in telemarketing, collections or tele-sales. Must be patient and able to maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor with potential customers all times. Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent .Basic knowledge of computer applications required. Excellent oral communication, clear speaking voice, and professional phone manner a must. Ability to multitask by listening, typing, speaking and navigating multiple interfaces at the same time. MUST be able to work flexible shifts - some Saturdays required. One year sales experience preferred.
