CLIENT DEVELOPMENT VISION

 

Promotes, sells, and manages Transportation Insight’s services to clients in his/her client development territory and/or target accounts.  Increase Transportation Insight’s sales closure through client development programs. Foster a culture centered on quality work, team and individual personal and professional success while maintaining the highest standards of conduct and ethics.

Seeking highly-motivated candidates that are ready to grow their career with the leading consulting company in the industry. The qualified and ambitious candidate would have excellent verbal and written communication skills, minimum 5+ years of previous client development/collections/telemarketing experience, proficiency in using computer software and technology, the willingness to learn new things and innovate; degree in a business or communication field preferred, with the strong desire to succeed.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

· Originate and respond to phone or email contact with prospective client.

· Utilize research tools and CRM package (Goldmine) to sustain consistent pipeline of prospective clients.

· Recommend best-practices within experience to the Client Development Team.

· Maintain the Client Development database (Goldmine) including setting alarms for follow-up, lead tracking, and pipeline development efforts.

· Keep up-to-date on the current strategic goals of Transportation Insight; its services, solutions, and industry trends.

· Consistently improve phone skills and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

· Promote and sell the value of Transportation Insight’s services according to the company's policy and direction, focusing on opportunities that are consistent with the company's strategies.

· Develop strong customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and referral business.

· Understand customer's application, overall objectives and requirements to propose the best solution for their needs.

· Implement strategies to increase endorsements and sales closures and expand revenue and account base.

· Responsible for meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly call and appointment goals.

· Actively manage and maintain client relationship following process implementation.

· Prepare and conduct sales presentations and demonstrations.

· Collect information on customer's unfulfilled needs and potential service improvements and report it to management.
