Client Account Coordinator - to $30k (2 positions-various schedules)
Our client, a quality-driven, customer-focused, business services firm in the Triangle, is actively seeking 2 very sharp and capable individuals to join its growing team. The company provides emergency contact systems to schools and other institutions throughout the country. The systems can be complex and users will have questions about technology, billing, administration, etc. Seek skilled and versatile client service professionals who can handle the range.
Our ideal candidate will combine a record of achievement with an instinctive feel for people, situations and solutions. Someone who is highly focused, listens carefully, demonstrates infinite amounts of common sense --- and uses it wisely. We need a skilled juggler---one who is accustomed to managing many responsibilities, can switch gears readily and can maintain an accurate and timely work product despite disruption and pace.
This role combines client communications with behind the scenes work on their behalf. Schedules include 6am - 3pm and 10am - 7pm.
While a CSR bkgd is desirable, we are open to training the high potential candidate who is versatile, savvy, professional and enjoys handling a variety of responsibilities (and can do so successfully). Interested candidates, please forward a MS Word resumes to leef@frankelstaffing.com . Local candidates only.
