Central Contract Specialist

Central Contract Specialist CGI, an international IT and managed services organization, has an opening in Tampa, FL for a Central Contracts Specialist. The Central Contract Specialist carries out the administration of assigned contracts and is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all core tasks for each contract assigned to the case management team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Performs detailed reconciliation of payments to owners• Assists in the submitting of budgets, requisitions and revisions• Renews expired contracts• Maintains good relations with owners, residents and their representatives, neighborhood groups and local governments• Performs rent adjustments including budget analysis• Maintains customer files and record retention in accordance with policy The ideal candidate for this position will have previous PBCA or affordable housing management experience, and knowledge of Excel. A high school diploma is required; however, a college degree is preferred.
