The positions will assisting individuals and families follow the proper procedures in obtaining required information from the applicants and confirm application; determines eligibility; obtains approval of application; educates applicants/clients; secures assistance; verifies client's continued eligibility; complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements. Qualifications Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience. Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Successfully manages customer expectations. Can be trusted to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information. Proven ability to compose memos, correspondence, agreements, and other professional documents. Sets a comfortable tone and encourages open communication. Listens attentively and actively. Separates facts from opinions and remains objective when listening to conflicting opinions. Ability to effectively handle escalations and time critical issues. Meets goals despite unexpected setbacks, obstacles, or time constraints. Familiarity with issues of compliance for state and federal regulations. Demonstrates persistence. Strives to improve skills and achieve goals despite setbacks, obstacles. BA/BS or High School Diploma and equivalent experience. Candidates with previous working experience in a a role as a Social Worker or Case Worker is a huge plus but not required.
