Card Systems Administrator

The nation’s leading provider of commercial laundry equipment is seeking a Card Systems Administrator for our Monrovia, CA office.

Coinmach Corporation is the largest provider of coin and card operated laundry equipment in the United States via multi-housing facilities – apartments, colleges and military bases.  With over 2,000 employees across the United States, Coinmach has regional offices coast to coast.

 

Job Description:

o Maintain an up to date master list of card locations.

o Setup merchant accounts for new card locations.

o Maintain inventory of laundry cards.

o Encode and logo laundry cards and ship to locations.

o Setup card slide cards for service techs; recharge technician test cards; refill manager and loaners cards.

o Poll Freedom card locations and settle their income with bank.

o Create invoices.

o Print out check requests.

o Answer and address customer service calls, address all card related mail, issue refunds, and place service calls for broken laundry machines or card systems, as needed.

o Compile Reports:

o Monthly income

o Monthly Card System income

o Weekly phone usage

o Audit Card data

o Investigate/analyze card locations producing lower income than expected, and report findings.

o Check and clear cases sent to assigned Clarify queues.

o Trouble-shoot and fix computer related problems around the office, and backup office computers.

o Setup new AS400, Email, Clarify accounts and mailbox extensions for new employees.

o Order and setup new computers for office, and cell phones for new sales people.

o Order software from the help desk when needed.

o Mail out Meter Readings.

 

Requirements:Solid 1 to 3 years actual technical administration experience required.Proficient PC-related skills (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, queries or other software expertise/applications) required.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and written).A sense of urgency for tasks.Flexibility to meet company needs.Great problem solving and follow up skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and strong attention to detail.Good organizational skills are critical.
