Technical Trainer (Canon experienced/certified)

 

General Requirements:

 Minimum 5 years as a field service technician2+ years additional experience as a technical trainer Excellent technical knowledge and skillsExcellent classroom and administrative skillsCanon product certification and certified as a Canon trainer a plusNetwork and connectivity certifications/experienceElectronic knowledge of wiring charts, schematic diagrams, and timing chartsExcellent problem solving skillsHigh ability to locate information quickly and efficiently via internet or documentationPrior supervisory/management experience a plusComputer skills using office, powerpoint, OMD, BEI, photoshop a plusAble to travel 20-40%  1, 2, or 3 week intervals

 

 

General job description:

 

  Conduct factory certified classroom training on full line of Canon copier products.

  Maintain accurate training records and complete related administrative tasks as required.

  Assist in courseware development and planning.

  Maintain current technical information and provide technical assistance to sales and technical staff.

 Work as a team to improve skills and knowledge of technical personnel.
