In addition to technical support, provide answers to non-technical questions and implement process improvements. Provide subject matter expertise and act as a first point of escalation for Help Desl Novice agents who handle general information requests and technical support for consumers via both voice and email channels. Ensure agent process adherence, proficiency, coaching and development in the handling of consumer requests. Routinely assist and advise agent on resolution of complex situations. Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions for business processes, procedures, databases and tools. Solution general inquiries and perform problem determination, remote troubleshooting and problem resolution for customers calling about consumer electronics products for 30% of the work week (approx 12 hours) . Product portfolio ranges from audio and video such as Home Theater Systems, DVDR, DVD and MP3 players to connected display and television products. Location: Daleville, IN* Requires in-depth experience with consumer product support experience in a call center environment, preferably supporting Level 1-2 technical support calls for cable / satellite TV, digital camera, PC peripherals (speakers, detachable DVD players) etc. * Associates/Technical degree or 2 years equivalent experience in a technical discipline. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver an optimum consumer experience to build brand loyalty. * Possess a passion and aptitude for technology and consumer support. * Posses excellent telephone skills, superior soft skills. and ability to empathize with the consumer situation. * A minimum typing speed of 35 wpm. * Bi-lingual (Eng/Spanish) for 5% of agents.Email your resumePlease click here,or copy and paste the following link into your email browser, to email your resume.
