CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

It takes a unique person to be a Customer Support Representative at e-verifile. You must be a good listener, get excited about solving problems, find variety stimulating, and take pride creating outcomes that are positive for your customer, your company, and yourself. When you join our team, we’ll teach you about the Human Capital Management industry, and our products and services. You will help setup accounts, troubleshoot system problems, perform verifications, explain bills, and up sell accounts.

You may be called upon to help the sales department with special projects, coach new team members, and turning a frustrated customer into a happy one... which is our very best advertising.

 

Qualifications:

 

Preferred experience includes 2 or more years of related experience, and a college degree is a plus! Prior leadership and strong computer skills is also a plus. Most importantly, solving problems and helping people should make you feel good. Your willingness to listen is as important as your ability to explain. And, if you can stay focused, be patient, start fresh with every customer, and find workable solutions, you’ll create a positive customer experience every time. Making you a very valuable member of the e-verifile team. Customer satisfaction starts with you.
