FRAUD PREVENTION/CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST:

 

We are currently seeking a top-notch Fraud Prevention/Customer Service Representative. We are offering terrific opportunities for self-motivated and enthusiastic customer service/order processing professionals who are interested in playing an integral role in PCNation's continued success.  We are looking for individuals who can take an active role in preventing fraud and processing customer's requests while working in a team oriented environment within our fraud prevention/order processing department.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive and process order inquiriesAnswer incoming customer calls in a timely mannerRespond to customer email requestsContact customer and others to validate ordersCheck orders against criteria to weed out fraudWork with other departments in a team environmentPerform various duties as assigned by supervisory personnel

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years of related work experience and/or a bachelor's degree.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skillsStrong computer and keyboarding skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to provide outstanding customer service and critical response
