The Strider Group, LLC is currently searching for a highly skilled functional focused CRM Analyst to join a growing information technology team and work with top IT professionals and business leaders in implementing customized business and financial systems.  This is a great opportunity for a professional who wants to be involved with a company that is developing a world class information technology department.

 

Duties will include:

 

· Working with business units, solicit new system requirements

· Manage the requirements workflow

· Act as the subject matter expert for the project(s)

· Become the primary liaison between IT and the business

· Provide expert level functional support of the CRM environment – supporting implementation, customization, and enhancement projects

· Document all requirements and system information

· Take ownership of project success with the PM team

· Develop test cases and assist in the QA process as needed

 

Specific skills needed include:

 At least 5 years working as an Analyst in the CRM space Strong functional skills on any of the following CRM packages:SeibelOracle ApplicationsPeopleSoftSAPSolid understanding of the CRM process and how to add value Experience with PM concepts, the SDLC, and packaged solutionsMust have exceptional written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s Degree
