CLIENT MANAGER

Anodyne Health is a national provider of physician revenue cycle solutions and services including business intelligence, billing, coding, credentialing and practice management support.

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Client Manager who is responsible for supporting a portfolio of client relationships in Anodyne's Business Intelligence Division by efficiently, effectively, and consistently providing clients with services of the highest caliber.

This is a home-based position requiring 20 - 40% travel.

General Duties and Responsibilities -

Manage a portfolio of clients:Develop and maintain professional business relationships with key client contacts.Establish ongoing working relationships with client users of the Company's business intelligence applications.Meet regularly with clients via conference call or in person to monitor and ensure satisfaction with Company's service levels.Ensure company's quality standards and client expectations are met.Ensure that client issues and requests are dealt with in an efficient manner.Monitor client's use of application and follow-up as needed to ensure usage rates are appropriate.Create and prepare standard management reports as needed.

New Business Implementation:Manage project plans for new business implementations of Anodyne's various applications for the assigned portfolio of accounts.Identify key implementation project team members for the client and the Company.Delineate responsibilities for major tasks involved in the implementation process.Define timelines and due dates.Conduct internal and external project meetings to ensure successful and timely Go-Lives.Test and validate applications before roll-out to new clients and provide appropriate feedback to Anodyne's IT team.Coordinate the Go-Live process of the company's applications to clients.

Consulting Services:Identify areas of opportunity for clients by monitoring and assessing data that resides on the Company's applications.  Share findings with clients in a collegial, consulting manner.Encourage and provide avenues for clients to collaborate with each other on a variety of issues.Provide high level consulting and advice to clients concerning general business matters.

Application Testing, Issue Resolution, Enhancement and Development:Resolve client issues by coordinating internal resources as appropriate.Define and document client enhancement requests.  Coordinate with internal and external constituents until enhancements are delivered to the client.Conduct and participate in various testing activities and programs on applications, enhancements and new product development.Coordinate on site beta activities where appropriate.

Business Promotion and Expansion:Effectively communicate Company's service offerings to clients and prospects.Generate referrals to be forwarded to Sales Executives.Create news releases for web site publication regarding new business implementation and other topics as appropriate.Participate in trade shows as required.Represent the Company with a professional image.

Job Requirements -Two - Three years of experience with healthcare revenue cycle management.Two - Three years of consulting or client/account management.PC literacy, including advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.Articulate communication skills.Excellent written and oral English fluency.Project management experience.Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.Excellent organization and prioritization skills.

Education - Minimum four-year college degree or equivalent.
