CERTIFIED CODER

Anodyne Health is a national provider of physician revenue cycle solutions and services including business intelligence, billing, coding, credentialing and practice management support.

We are seeking candidates for the position of CERTIFIED CODER who will perform appropriate coding of services provided. 

Responsibilities include:Review charge source documents for proper completion. Accurately code procedures and diagnosis according to payor specific standards and Anodyne Health policies and procedures. Assists Revenue Cycle Department with denials related to coding issues as necessary. Participates in Quality Management activities as appropriate. Participates in professional development activities, as requested by supervisor, to keep abreast of current healthcare trends that relate to physician coding, billing and reimbursement, and applies such to applicable responsibilities and assignments. Provides coding education to providers as requested. Performs related work as required and/or assigned.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:CPC or CCS certification requiredMinimum 2 years coding experience with emphasis in ED preferred Strong attention to detail Capable of working under time restraints Proficiency in 10-key preferred Oral and written communication skills Ability to plan, organize and prioritize job duties under general supervision
