Support successfully the achievement of the software sales targets as measured by revenue, growth, market shares, customer adoption, customer satisfaction and the strength of our PLM Business Partners.SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, required. Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.2. Experience required? 5+ years experience in Sales Engineering or experience where communication skills are fully developed.? understanding of other CAD/CAM applications such as ProE, UG, Inventor SolidWorks, etc is preferred2. Professional license, certification requirements4. Specific skills, knowledge and abilities desired/required? CAM expertise required (preferred on CATIA V5 but competitive software ok i.e. mastercam etc?)? CATIA V5 general knowledge: strong foundation on Mechanical Design, Shape Design & Styling and knowledgeware? PDM expertise is preferred (ENOVIA or other competitive products)? Industry expertise in PPP, LS, IE or CPG ? Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, and by phone with customers, business contacts5. Candidate profile? Excellent interpersonal skills? Willing to travel (average between 25% to 50%)? Location: this position is opened in one of the 4 following DS locations o Woodland Hills CA.o Auburn Hills MI.o Charlotte NC.o Montreal Canada.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Discuss with the Dassault Systems Sales team and the Sales business partners to qualify and develop sales opportunities.2. Support customer meeting with product overviews and product detailed presentations.3. Support product demonstrations, benchmarks against the competition, develop and support proof of concepts based on customer requirements, show the benefits of the solution and build ROI.4. Bring product technical expertise to support deep dive meetings to assess the current situation (current tools used, current pains, user profiles, number of seats, actual processes, ideal processes) and propose an action plan.5. Architect a solution and propose an implementation plan with associated product configurations, added values and ROI.6. Educate the Dassault Systemes Sales channel and increase its sales and technical capacity7. Participate in trade shows and partner events.8.
