Business Process Design Expert Needed

This position is responsible for developing end-to-end model for the associate life cycle in a large call center environment. Includes defining processes through the life cycle including selection, hiring, on boarding, and training.  Responsible for the support process and procedure redesign, focused on key areas, for example Quality Assurance, and training.  Knowledge of Human Sigma highly desired. Potential candidates should have prior experience creating a great associate experience in a call center environment and preparing associates to deliver excellent customer service.
