For more information, visit www.ironmountain.com We are currently seeking a Business Process Analyst to perform the following responsibilities: Complete detailed process modeling, business rule identification, and evaluation of proces performance levels Develop problem statements, goals and associated business value for process, product and/or system improvement initiatives Elicit project requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, identify true needs and recommend solutions based on best practices Understand and recommend KPI’s to measure process performance level Collect, aggregate and analyze associated data on process performance Complete root cause analysis, identify issues and recommend solution options Complete benchmark, industry and competitor analysis for improvement initiatives as well as internal capability development Develop and optimize internal process improvement to accomplish corporate objectives Participate in the development of implementation plans for new and enhanced business processes to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
