Business Partner/Project Management Manager

* Coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.
* Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
* Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
* Solves technical and non-technical problems throughout the life of the project, but tries to resolve problems during the design and planning phases whenever possible.
* Oversees and coordinates work performed by outside contractors.
* Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end users and management.
* Participates in budget development and evaluating how project plan changes impact cost and schedule.
* May be responsible for feasibility studies and field trials management.
* Issues stop-work order when adverse risk is identifies.
* Follows standard methodologies, policies, and processes established through the business partner and project management methodology.

General requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration.

* Three to five years relevant experience in project management or business analysis.
* Certifications in Project Management preferred (PMP, CAPM, APMC, American Academy of Project Management is preferred.
* Strong documentation, presentation, and facilitation skills.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Experience working with technical staff and business users at all levels of the organization.
* Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Project Office, Excel, and other project management tools.
* Prefer experience in Banking operations, systems analysis, process modeling, process design, and suggesting and implementing process improvements.
* Prefer familiarity with financial services software or systems
