A Business Manager is needed in Hoffman Estates, IL to be responsible for heavy calendar maintenance and meeting planning. The Manager will maintain the expense reporting and time reporting systems, answer phones, prepare correspondence, make travel arrangements, and provide back up for the office of the Senior Vice President when necessary.

 

The successful candidate must be organized and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Requirements:

-Five to ten years of general administrative experience

-Typing speed of 50wpm or better

-Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

-Good written and verbal communications skills

-Telecom experience

 

Additional information:

-This is a 14 month contract position.

-The pay rate for this position is $15.50/hr.
