The Business Development Specialist (BDS) will be doing outbound business to business calling. The BDS will be contacting and speaking with executives such as Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents. In this role, you will call specific individuals and ask a series of questions pertaining to their companyâ€™s current technical environment. The object of the call is to uncover projects/initiatives that the prospect may be currently working on, and if those projects align with our clientsâ€™ specialties. You will then attempt to schedule a day/date/time for our client representative to contact the prospect to discuss their projects in-depth. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Computer Knowledge Confidence (not afraid to talk to people) Good, clear communication skills Good grammar Able to adapt and grow Friendly Team player Hours are Monday â€“ Friday 8:30am â€“ 5:00pm, temp to hire.
