Business Development Representative

U.S. Underwater Services, L.P. is located in Burleson, Texas and is a subsidiary of a publicly-traded company based in Perth, Australia. With over 20 years of success and growth we now have the need for an additional full-time Inside Sales Representative.  We seek a strong, experienced individual with knowledge of the sales process and proven skills in closing the sale.  Our preferences are individuals with a background in Engineering and Government/Military Sales.

Responsibilities:

· Heavy phone contact = cold calling

· Professional and Consultative selling

· Ability to handle multiple projects

· Organization and time management

· Problem solving from individual and teamwork approach

· Maintaining existing, assigned customer base, while developing new business

· Local customer visits and tradeshow attendance

· Ability to interact with all levels of management on a daily basis

Must be computer proficient with experience in all MS Office software applications and ACT database background preferred. Position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of inside selling experience.  College degree preferred, but will consider past experience

We offer a competitive compensation package, including salary (broken down into hourly rate), commission and benefits, with 401K.
