EOE. Position Description: PSS is actively interviewing for talented Business Development Personnel to help grow our Government Solutions Group by expanding our current customer base and pipeline for new business opportunities within the Federal and local government.  The successful candidate will report directly to the VP, Business Development and Marketing.  Required Skills:  Responsible for identifying, qualifying, positioning for and winning new business; Integrates the client business strategy and goals into a cohesive business plan; Establishes teams across client organization; Pursue and win new strategic opportunities; Coordinates the preparation of major milestone schedules and activity planning; Leads win strategy workshops; Establishing relationships with key corporate and internal partners; Initiates teaming agreement with strategic companies to leverage the client competencies to win new contracts; Establishing roles and responsibilities of teaming partners in Exhibit A of Teaming Agreements; Gather, define and prioritize business requirements based upon customer needs and technology capabilities;  Minimum Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen; Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred; Must have a minimum 5 years Big Agency (Homeland Security; Army, Navy) Business Development experience; Demonstrated success selling Consulting Services; Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Excellent presentation skills; Budget management experience.  Submittal Information: Thank you for reviewing our job posting.
