Our company provides permanent and contractual IT staffing services nationwide. We are looking for a business development executive to head sales in our office in Parsippany, NJ. The compensation is open to negotiation for the right person.

We are looking for experienced IT Staffing Sales professionals with a track record of success and a ‘can do’ team spirit. 

 

Ideal candidates:

§ Aggressive sales professionals with a track record of exceeding goals.

§  Proactive sales professionals with well-defined customer contacts, alliance relationships and connections.

§  Experience selling on a national/regional level and proven ability to cultivate long-term partnerships with a high comfort level selling to C-level executives.

§  Experience with selling management consulting, and IT Staffing services is required for this position. Comparable sales experience with software or hardware solutions will be considered.

§  Have to ability to work with little or no supervision

§  Have the ability to calculate gross margins and quote prices

§  Have a proven record of not only exceeding goals but also building trusting relationships with clients so that they come to us 1st
