We are a mid-sized staffing firm with an excellent reputation within the industry and we are seeking to expand our business development group. This is a full-time position based in our Central CT office. Ideal candidate is doing very well at your existing firm, but is frustrated with high-pressure, micromanaging processes, reduced commission plans, mergers/acquisitions and large corporate processes.
