RESPONSIBILITIESStaples Business Advantage is currently seeking to add Business Development Associates to our team. In this position the right candidate will implement sales strategy and ensure the company meets revenue and profit objectives through targeted prospecting of Small, Mid-sized to Large accounts. This team member must be able to call on those who influence decisions and decision-makers within accounts and schedule face-to-face contact with prospective buyers. Business Development Associates must be able to manage the transition of new accounts to designated Account Managers. The right candidate must be able to develop new business primarily through in-person contacts, phone follow-up, and presentations. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE NEEDED: College Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related. 1-3 YEARS+ OF SUCCESSFUL SALES EXPERIENCE. Knowledge of products, pricing, competition and sales objectives. Time management skills a must!
