BTI Group, M&A/Business Team, the largest business brokerage firm in the Western U.S., is currently seeking new associates for its San Francisco, Pleasant Hill, Campbell, Roseville, Reno, Southern California and Seattle offices. As a business broker, your job is to match business buyers with sellers and assist them through the process of transferring the business.

What are the qualities of a successful business broker?People skills, including communication, empathy and listening abilities. Ability to work both as a team member and independently, and to prioritize tasks and clients. Background or experience in prior business ownership, sales, marketing or finance.
Applicants must possess appropriate licensing or be able to obtain it soon after joining: CA & WA - Real Estate License; NV - Business Broker Licence. On-line schools make this fast and affordable.
