Seeking a Business Analyst / Trainer with 311/Lagan experience to support nationwide projects. Extensive travel required. Can reside anywhere in the country and work remote when they are not traveling. Focus is on candidates that are Business Process Oriented. Must have experience working with customers / end users to gather information and define business processes and procedures. Duties/Responsibilities: Participates in or leads cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to customers. Responsibilities include the overall planning, organizing, directing, controlling and delivery of all projects prioritized in alignment with the client's expectations and business needs. Ensures the ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs. Ideal candidate would 311/Lagan experience however; the client is willing to train the right person if they are energetic and a quick learner. Required: Must have the ability to develop and provide training to Customer Service Staff on the customer service product. Must have some City, county or government experience. 3-5 years Business Analyst experience Training experience Desired skills/experience: Prior experience with software testing, creating and executing test plans preferred Project management experience preferred Bachelors Degree or higher preferred Presentation skills or public speaking skills preferred.
