Business Analyst Manager - CALL (651) 239-1801Description: Are you ready to work with a leading over-the-counter retail supplier who works with wholesalers, large chain food and drug stores, institutional pharmacies, and independent drug stores??Volt Services Group is looking for a Business Analyst Manager who will take on the role of sourcing, analyzing, and interpreting account and market data in support of Sales, Marketing, and customer teams; including shipment, financial and scanned retail data. Create and maintain weekly data regarding sales, inventory, in stock and item logistics.This chosen individual will work with client buyers, assistant buyers, replenishment managers, and internal/external sales staff, and manage and monitor all sales related forecast. Analyze and present data on account, market category and brand performance. Analyze and report client POS performance against measures within a category. Manage and monitor all sales related forecasts and is on a forecast team to improve and implement efficiencies in the current system.Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, etc. is preferred. Requirements: Analytical with creative problem solving skills. Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, with high level Excel capabilities and the ability to write reports and queries in Access.Strong leadership skills. Key account experience. Technical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong presentation/communications skills.
