Business Affairs Assistant
Business Affairs Assistant –
Westside Entertainment Payroll Firm seeks full time assistant for the Business Affairs Department. The Business Affairs Assistant is responsible for preparing files to be sent to storage, requesting boxes for research purposes, responding to all incoming subpoenas and requests for records, run payroll and pension reports, take minutes at meetings, handles DGA Audits and serves as a Back-Up for both the Front Desk and Check Desk. The Business Affairs Assistant also provides general clerical/office functions including answering telephones and supporting the Manager, Business Affairs Department and the Pension Department of the company. The Business Affairs Assistant is responsible for preparing Late Payroll Indemnification Letters.
The Business Affairs Assistant must have a proficiency in Quattro, WordPerfect and other office software packages, and will maintain the files for Business Affairs. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills.
