To qualify, candidates must have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field. Must have 5 years of experience in providing advisory services in the finance function and other operational areas that impact the finance function 4 years will be acceptable for those with a relevant graduate degree Must have experience in program management for large scale business transformation projects and programs experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members Strong analytical and problem solving skills excellent oral and written communication skills a high level of motivation and self starting attitude an ability to think outside the box, thrive on new challenges a strong work ethic This particular position at Ernst & Young in the United States requires the qualified candidate to be a quot;United States workerquot; as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor regulations at 20 CFR 656.3.
