For more information, visit www.ironmountain.com.  We are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator for our Operations division… Job Summary To provide support for Siebel business administration and provide support to the Divisions utilizing the IMpact Sales Force Automation tool, Proposal Wizard, Hoovers access and troubleshooting as needed.  Essential Functions Consistently meet/exceed business service standards, department service goals & objectives and act as the “voice of the employee”. Build internal/external relationships through exceptional problem solving, ownership and follow-through. Perform IMpact business administration functions for employees who utilize IMpact, Proposal Wizard and Hoovers in the course of their daily job. Research and respond to reporting inquiries, value changes in Siebel, Hoovers access requests, research and resolve duplicate and data issues in Siebel, create monthly reports on employees who are creating dirty data and duplicates, send emails to employee managers requesting that they attend additional training to eliminate this concern. Participate in calls regarding data governance and suggest process improvements. Respond to questions in the IMpact Feedback mailbox and keep responses to a 1 hour SLA during business hours. Other duties as assigned by manager. Job Requirements: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 1-2 years Siebel Administrative experience. Work with the business analyst to understand the processes and design of their workflows. Set up new employees, positions and territories in the Siebel system. Work to identify duplicates, merges and data related issues. Understand the table structure and administrative sections of the Siebel application. Run Territory Assignment in Siebel. Help to set up list of values and products in the Siebel application. Understand the basics of Actuate reporting tools. Individuals being considered for this position must have the following skills: Written, verbal communication and listening skills. Outstanding teamwork skills. Keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
