In the Branch Manager position, you will build and lead teams, drive sales and deliver superior customer service. You will also recruit, interview and hire the branch sales, service, and office staff.If you would like to be responsible for a multi-million dollar operation and are looking for a position that rewards dedication and hard work with potential advancement opportunity, then this position may be for you! Qualifications: • Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school: or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor Degree preferred. • 3-5 years of business management experience preferred • P& L and asset management and experience in sales management strongly preferred • Proven experience setting and surpassing aggressive sales, service and profit goals • Must be outgoing, positive, goal oriented and have an entrepreneurial spirit • Comprehensive paid training program is provided to help ensure that you have the knowledge and training needed to be successful • Company vehicle is provided upon the successful completion of the training program • Must be willing to relocate, company-paid, “if needed”, after successful completion of training program.
