The Rockford Manpower has a wonderful temp-to-hire- Customer Service Representative position available with a local insurance company. This company is seeking qualified experience Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Reps. to assist with customer needs, questions and concerns. This position also requires C.S. Representatives to work directly with insurance agents as needed. During training Customer Service Rep. will work M-F 15 hour weeks. Once trained scheduled hours are as followed: M-Friday 9am-5pmCandidates must be Bilingual in Spanish, have strong phone skills and 3-4 customer service experience.
