Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative
The function of this position is to expedite handling of all international flower orders, respond to all inquiries or complaints and resolve outstanding disputes, using communication by phone, fax and email.
Job Responsibilities:
• Act as liaison for Teleflora and International affiliates by providing superior service that reinforces our commitment to International Orders.
• Handling of adjusting entries, statements and special mailing
• Gain a thorough knowledge of Customer Service, International Services and Customer Relations. To handle all inquiries regarding flower orders received and sent to/from International countries.
• Work directly with domestic and international florist to resolve any issues with International orders.
• Document and track all customer complaints accurately, which will allow us to monitor and address concerns as needed.
• Communicate with other departments to help meet departmental needs. • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader.
RequirementsJob Requirements: Bi Lingual- English/Spanish Education: High school degree 2 years Customer Service
Experience Knowledge/Skills:
• Possess strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in PC basics
• Ability to make decisions with little direction
• Basic world geography skills helpful.
• Demonstrate proficiency in speaking and writing both Spanish and English
• Must work extended hours during floral holidays
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
• Ability to speak clearly in a well-modulated voice using good diction and grammar.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Working Conditions:
• Holiday time off will be prohibited due to increased order volume.
• Office environment with few concerns relative to hazard.
• Fast-paced, solutions oriented office environment.
• Work is performed in an inside office environment.
