Benefits Analyst / Administrator Summary
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst/Administrator to join a consumer products company, based in southern CT.
Benefits Analyst/Administrator Function
This position includes all benefits administration, including COBRA, and the handling of new hires, enrollments, changes, terminations and open enrollment.
Benefits Analyst / Administrator Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage benefit programs (medical, dental, life, STD, LTD, EAP and be point person for benefits questions). Assist with benefits analysis and implementation (401K administration; enrollment, rollovers, loans & distributions). Handle process and questions pertaining to time off policies for FMLA, Workers Compensation and Short Term Disability. Track and manage employees on leave.
