Benefits Administrator
Rapidly growing company is seeking a qualified Benefits Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience with HRIS as well as FMLA, HIPPA, COBRA and OSHA policies and procedures. In this role you would have responsibility for maintaining employee benefit records, conducting benefits orientation, maintaining and revising HIPPA policies and procedures, coordinating drug test, as well as many other HR related duties. The selected applicant will be offered a highly competitive salary and lucrative full benefits package to include medical, dental, 401k and Pension, paid vacations and many more.
