BUSINESS ANALYSTS and/or QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYSTS

Several positions available for Senior and Intermediate Level professionals with Business Analysis or Quality Assurance background.  Projects available include internet/web based, client server and Mainframe.Professionals with 2-7+ years of the following experience will be considered.  Health Care or Financial experience is a plus.

BUSINESS ANALYST -Develop project plans and schedules, identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks, perform analysis and definition of systems modifications by gathering requirements, write the necessary documentation and manage projects in compliance with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).  Function as the primary interface between the user community and Information Systems organization. Requires strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to work with non-technical business users and technical leads to define the requirements. 

 

Additional experience with Rational/RUP products, SQL, or SQL Navigator with Financial or Health Care applications is a plus.

QUALITY ASSURANCE skills include software testing background, test plan development, test scripts/cases execution, system testing, regression and acceptance testing. Based on the system specifications the QA Analyst will create and document the test plan. Create test cases (conditions and data), run system testing, and document all final outcomes. Work with technical staff to track and resolve testing issues.

Additional experience with Rational/RUP products - Rational test tool suite (ReqPRO. ClearQuest, TestManager, functional and manual tester) Mercury LoadRunner.  SQL, SQL Navigator or Cognos is a plus.

Applicants must be willing to work on an Employee/W2 basis.
