BUSINESS ANALYST

Detail-oriented business analyst with 3-5 years related experience. The position will be working with a team to analyze existing processes and gather data from disparate sources. The goal for this position is to analyze and consolidate processes and data into comprehensive streamlined systems. This position will be responsible to formulate and define the systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a solid understanding of applicable business and industry requirements.

Responsibilities include:

· Creating and validating reports.

· Collecting, cleansing, validating and analyzing raw data.

· Defining, gathering and logically documenting business processes.

· Analyzing and mapping processes.

· Identifying and resolving issues.

· Coordinating and communicating with project stakeholders.

· Acting as liaison on multiple projects.

Skills Required

· Strong MS Excel  and Access

· MS Visio experience

· MS SharePoint familiarity

· Work independently and with a team

· Upbeat positive attitude

Qualifications

· Bachelors degree

· 3-5 years experience

· Familiarity with Construction, Engineering and/or software development

· Bilingual in Spanish a plus

· Should like working with a hardworking fun team

· Should like dogs (company mascot is an English Springer Spaniel)

· Participation in one or more company functions such as clam bakes, occasional team breakfasts and nightly outings, company band, triathlons, etc.
